Procedure

1. Marking of the Titanium Dioxid Suspension

   The titanium dioxid is disolved at Ethanol.

   

   Fill up the Measuring Cup up to 9 ml Ethanol

   

   5 Measuring Spoon with Titan Dioxid Powder

   

   Mix the Suspension in an Ultrasonic Bad for 5 Minutes

2. Attaching of the Mask

   

   Specimen before Marking

   The mask has to be cut out of an A4 sheet and put on the specimen.

   

   Specimen with attached Mask

3. Spraying of the Titanium Dioxid Suspension

   The titanium dioxid suspension is sprayed off the masked specimen.

   

   Pour in Suspension in the Airbrush Pistole

   

   Sprayed off the Masked Specimen

   

   Specimen with applied titanium dioxid markings.

Range of Application

This methods is used at:

• small and large deformation
• small and large mesuring length
• thin to thick specimen
  (up to a foil with a thickness of less micometers)
• high and low temperature
