The data evaluation software shipped with the laser extensometers allows the calculation of characteristic values. The standard configuration delivers Young's modulus, R_p0.2, R_m and A.

The characteristic values are saved to an ASCII file together with information about the sample. Further data processing is easy by loading the ASCII file into Excel or similar programs. Therefore customized calculations and statistics are easily accomplished.

The calculations can be adjusted by the user. For instance, Young's modulus can be determined based on strain range (0.05 % - 0.25 % or others) or stress range (10 N/mm² - 50 N/mm² or others), additional R_pX values are available (R_p0.1, R_p0.5, ...) and much more.
